I've been constantly crying for the past 2 hours now cause l just realised that I'm diagnosed with HS. This thing is with me since l was a child. Its in my armpit area, between boobs,groin area,butt cheeks and my neck area. Even my face has a lot of cysts and scars and pores. Random people often come up to me to ask what is up with my face. I'm 18 now and don't know how to deal with it. I'm HELLA insecure. You don't know how painful physically and mentally it is.
I got so bad acne after using rice water on my face for a week. I haven’t had acne in forever. Can someone please share their experience of similar situation and how long did it take to get rid of pimples after the reaction?

I recently was diagnosed with this n after dealing with it since my 20s I now know finally. I use tea tree oil n now tea tree oil soap n it's been working as far as when in flare ups too it calms it down n even brings to a head on its on. Plus cleaning the skin. You'll smell like it but it dont bother me. I discovered on my own n by God's grace letting me its helped. It's been a life saver as they want to put me on more meds I'm not keen on.
I have it for 30 years. Also the same place as you, sometimes under my armpits. It hurts so, so much, it is gross when they break open. It s*cks big time

After I shower I dry off with a towel then use a blow dryer to completely bone dry my skin. Takes a couple extra minutes but it's so worth it. And I use Native deodorant which doesn't have all those nasty chemicals. I have reduced my flare ups by 75% and when I do have a flare up I use Collida Silver.
