Flow on Fire was formed in 2013 by Brit and Kel. We fell in love with the flow arts community and wanted to contribute our talents by creating flow gear for creative movement.
As the shop grew it gained a reputation for quality materials and construction techniques.
Hes so frigging talented its ridiculous! Im a self taught prop engineer... specifically poi...but ive been watching his tutorials lately and man have they helped me so much. Thank you Beacon
really nice!! Shoutout to Hinde! @intricate_strings Now I'm curios if you ever tried the upper stalls variant, of up stalling and doing the inversion upwards?
Fascinating!! I'm pretty new to poi and am learning how to glue certain moves together. But this opens a whole new perspective for me. ❤ Thank you for sharing!
One day…….i hope to figure this out. Saw it first in that one popular Grandmaster Ong flow video. Watched it in slow motion so many times. Thank you so much for the break down. Looks so easy, but so hard.
Skill comes from dedicated practice. Find comfort in looking or feeling silly at first. Overtime, you’ll develop coordination and spacial awareness that will lead to pattern formations. We have a playlist of tutorials on our channel but a great beginner series is offered by Play Poi.
I’m stuck at 55 seconds where we remove the wheel plane step. It’s the timing of everything. Any advice or direction of practice to peruse would be appreciated. Love vid and how easy you make it look!
Chris…. Cool and Funny. Fascinated to hear about his totally unstructured free flow practice with zero drilling. Amazing. I got a lot out of this interview. I think it’s going to have a big impact on my practice, definitely in my approach to it. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos with great guests 😊
