He says for this to work the club owners need to back him bcos it takes time. Unfortunately they will say they're gonna back you but after only 2 wins in 15 games they're gonna get agitated and think are we screwed? Get this guy moving on.
Unfortunately I only see this working against teams that don’t want to just all sit behind the ball…. The bigger teams! Which is good I guess. But breaking down those low blocks….
Black man maintality is to always hide secrets. All football coaches always talk about their tactics bcos is meant to b studied and learn.they re revealing their secret does not mean u Ve d same players like Dem to interpret d tactics.so some Ve better gifted players Dan u in d same tactics.ok
Coaches Voice on RU-vid just search it…you’ll see how many top managers do tactical interviews….what they are saying is not what other coaches don’t know…it is known by everyone, they won’t reveal the unknown
I see these comments all the time when a manager discusses their tactics on Sky etc. So silly. You really think opposing managers and scouts don't already know every single thing he mentioned here? None of this is a surprise to anyone who has prepared a match report on his teams.
Putting forward his philosophy that needs more tools and more intelligent players is a great thing, he's obssesed with football, he's a psycho. Need to see him coaching a big team that can resonates to his ideas, and to me the most ideal team for him is Manchester City. He'll make a very brilliant Pep successor. One thing though, Yes his philosophy is great and doable but I haven't seen his in game and tactical tweaks to adapt against opponents that expose him more and make his game play vulnerable. He gets beaten up 4 or 3 nil and doesn't change a thing to salvage his team? Need to see him adapt to varying tactical situations.
as a Bayern fan.... I like what I hear ... sounds like Jupp style in 2013 , where it was always about scoring a goal .. and as a side effect, Bayern had lots of ball possession.
Best defense against his tactics, do not press too high up the pitch. That's how his tactics were found out and a number of teams beat Brighton. In the EPL, you need to adapt
There is a misunderstanding: He is no longer a manager, but an employee of Uli Hoeneß and as such, he is like clay that gets molded back and forth according to his whims.
