One can only imagine a convo between Henry and a pal of his when he saw this: Pal: "You are crazy, Henry." Henry: "Says you. What I have crafted here will revolutionize transportation in the coming decades. Every family in this great nation will be lining up to buy one." Pal: 🙄
Henry himself probably knew it wasn't the best around but he made due with what he had in his time. Many probably thought he was mad to even think of driving this along carriage lanes but from old photos I've seen of the man sitting in it he looks very dapper and seems quite a gentleman.
"Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened"..........................BULLSHIT!!!! Don't people who post this tired, & frankly emotionally/mentally/psychologically abusive & controlling quote get it AT ALL that we ARE happy it happened, & that's why we are crying because it's over, & we want the threesome to reconsider & keep going?!!!
After 3 years of experience I have to agree that the Plug-in Hybrid is the best way to go, especially if you don’t have a 2nd car. BMW did away with the gear shifter stick and replaced it with a toggle switch, iMHO not a good choice. That and eliminating the laser headlights has me wondering what I would replace my 2021 X5 45e if it became necessary. The changes just seem like deal breakers for me . Also this trend of eliminating spare tires has got to end. Even a mini-spare would be acceptable after dealing with a flat tire on my other car. I guess I have to wait for the manufacturers to come to their senses.
Not a fan of top gear. Stopped watching when I got a license. Those 3 old men aren’t cool or informative, it’s just their British opinion. Everyone has an opinion and is a critic
@@scoobygms210 yeah, like 25 years ago. Clown show, Monty python gag, gibberish and pretentious blowhard opinion based content from their elderly British perspectives
I have the very latest 2024 model with the increased rear wheel steering, had AMG Techs adapt the gearbox more to the power delivery system, really improves the drive, they should be sent out the factory like that. Superb car to drive and much admired.
And for what? The PHEV is Toyota's best so far, they could've made that in 2014. They should be making an EV Prius yesterday, 5 years ago... It's the most compromised generation for the interior space, practicality and affordability. PHEV powerhouse cool, PHEV for the masses? Not. A Halo Prius or any halo is cool to have; but where's that damn Prius+ station wagon, PriusC or Aqua still in jdm? They simply weren't as profitable as cynical crossovers or a "sporty" 40-50 grand car. "But a Prius that's isn't ugly?" is definitely not cashing out the cheques as much as the hype believes it to be.
