I'll put my two cents in for this, I feel like when it comes to Mega Man 8 (1996) and Mega Man X4 (1997), you can excuse the voice acting in those games becasue during the mid to late 90s there were multiple games with the exception of few that had bad cheesy voice acting and dialogue, and at that point it was the norm. Mega Man X7 (2003) on the other hand I feel like can not be excused from this. Games like Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter, Sly Cooper, and many others have made it known and clear that voice acting in games can be good and can also impact the story of said game.

I grew up with this film and a variety of Disney movies being played in my house, so in my heart of hearts, I just can't bring myself to hate it. "I Stand Alone" was my anthem for a good majority of my life as an introverted person and I loved finding beaver sticks in the woods near my grandfather house and practicing pole-vaulting and attacks with them to mimic Garretts skill in combat. That being said the film has its flaws to be sure but I don't think there's anything particularly *WRONG* with it. No bad morals, no bad messages, just plain old good entertainment. The music alone is worth at least 1 watch. And honestly I think in this world of overly preachy, hypocritical, bad messages we need more films like Quest For Camelot. Films that inspire us, entertain us, and whisk us away to worlds and timelines we could only ever hope to dream of.
I prefer ponyo by a mile. The biggest argument I find is that stereotypical villains and arcs are not just boring but nocive to childrens life perspective, while Ponyo's characters are realistically complex, never white and black. I could let my daughters watch Ponyo as many times as they want, while showing them the little mermaid just feels wrong.

I feel like Disney has an optics problem because when they started in the US it was ok for a 30 something year old to go after a 14 year old girl and people have gotten so use to that Disney aesthetic that it is hard for them to change it now without backlash.
I absolutely agree! I think that is a very interesting cultural change. Something that Disney has evolved over the course of time, that creepy age gap has closed as it has become culturally less appropriate. Thanks for the comment!

Like before they turned into Elvis they did Phantom of The Opera, Jason and his classic chainsaw then some couple I never knew about but they apparently had their own show or whatever. Devin suddenly had lipstick and sleek black hair and Cornwall had short brown hair and a mustache to go with it while singing their song. If anyone can enlighten me on that it’d be very much appreciated.
I just watched this when I was a kid but I really liked it. That scene with Ruber raiding the mc home and the transformation of his men into metal monsters always stuck with me
