I have a guilotine like this one and at the start of the blade going down and at the start of the blade going up it makes a similiar loud noise but after 10 year of using it the noise is louder and screechier. I got down under neath and put grease everywhere and it went away and this has happened 3 times over the years but now it still keeps makes the screeching sound and I cant make it go away. I cant work out if is a electrical screech or mechanical. Can anyone give me any suggestions.
You turn the air off when cutting, this chap left it on, machine is set in inches! Choice of radio station is bad, why doesn't he demonstrate the machine with 2000 sheets of SRA1 white bond? Not a few shitty pamphlets, nothing correct with this video, and I fucking know my guillotines.
