my 30/1 tick tack makes a loud high pitch noise any idea what that might be. if I lower the suction it goes away but I lealy need the full suction.

I could have got into serious trouble with the cleaning manager in the building where I work as an office cleaner in central London - I snapped the hoover hose but thankfully this video rescued me.
