Misinformation! It is not scientifically possible to "rescue" an entire breed with only 3 specimens remaining alive. It simply is not possible to avoid inbreeding and successfully rescue a breed with so few specimens.
What about my favorite horse breed, the Percheron?? I learned to ride on a big old fella who was half Percheron. I've loved them ever since, and I'm 77 years old.
You forgot about the special horse called American Bashkir Curly. These horses don't cause allergies to people that are allergic to horses or mostly fur. Their fur is curly and that's how you tell them apart from other horses
My favourite is the gypsy vanna 🥰🙏 In the time of the Ventians, their horses were the royalty, their best friends, and absolutely highly valued for survival.
Marwari horse is just crazy ( beautiful athletic graceful) OMG you can watch them all day I found a guy on Facebook that does exotic dog breeds and he owns one I can't tell you how much I love that horse
I looked up the No. 1 horse, and they said that because of how the breed was developed, they are not suited for riders because their bone structure is fragile. Maybe that is why you don't see anyone riding them in your footage.
