These videos saved me. I do them 6 days a week. Before doing them I was on the verge of developing type 2 diabetes. I have greatly reduced the risk by doing the exercises daily. For those of you complaining I recommend doing the beginner video and work your way up like i did.
I have pain in lower back, was advised not sciatica since pain relieved when walking, was told this is symptom of Piriformis nerve.. was also told do similar exercises, is this correct that pain can cause lower back pain
this is my 2nd time attempting to do this and i struggled because the music is at one pace but the instructor is at a completely different pace. This would probably be a lot easier to follow if they put it over a different song
Day 1: I did most of it but the routine of the aerobics was kinda boring me Day2 again did most of it but I find the workout kinda boring since it repeats idk I’m just use to cardio dance
I have had food poisoning, thank god only once, never want it again, I even nearly fainted which I have never done. Anybody suffering now. Don’t worry, it will ease, drink plenty of water, and rest if you can. Prayers for the suffering 🙏🙏❤️💙
I have followed your exercises and they have helped no end. I can hardly feel any pain. But when am i supposed to actually go on long walks. Not covered !
Great advert but at the moment no one is listening to me. It’s all well and good. But when your medical professionals are dismissive. You feel well and truly lost on the nhs
Honestly I would get it checked out. I have some symptoms from here and going to get checked soon. Quite nervous and probably will get a colonoscopy. I looked it up and they said that's the best way to tell. Also they sell some cancer test kits online but not sure how accurate those are.
I had malignant Melanoma when I was 33, one of my symptoms and the one that bothered me the most was non stop itching. My back simply could not be scratched enough, stopped itching after my surgery. Years later had a large spot on my upper back near my neck, it looked like eczema but was cancer and it also itched terribly, and the itching stopped after surgery. That may not be a symptom everyone gets, but it was one of mine.
To all veterans PLEASE avail yourself of the help and support out there! There are so many support networks and veterans charities willing to help. We miss the camaraderie and support of our mates in the Forces don’t we? And civilian life can be a real challenge after our well organised life in the Forces. These veterans organisations understand this. It is the right and the strong thing to do to get in contact with them.
