I'm more interested in things that will affect the operation. The Fan would be one of them and showing us your best efforts of putting the fan on would have been positive. Also, showing us an infrared of the heat sink temp would have been good.
Wouldn't it make more sense to put the shield over the receiver, since that is what we're trying to keep all of the noise out of? As opposed to having to put multiple Shields around the raspberry pi and the transmitter? Especially the transmitter, it needs air flow to cool those hot components. So those hot components need open space for the air to flow around them and they couldn't be enclosed.
@@jeffreypetchharrison4363 I hope they can see your recommendations and implement some basic shielding inside the unit for the receiver, and adding some fins for cooling, and a small fan would only add a couple dollars to the parts cost.
@@mohinderkaur6671 How does a a piece of metal over the oscillator bit, and that other, bit, and the other bit, to keep them from affecting the receiver, differ from a piece of metal over the receiver that all these other bits are affecting. It's the same bit of metal in a different place, between the two items. The difference is, one shield over the receiver blocks all the offending bits.
@@mohinderkaur6671 given that both those items are 2 inches apart, you're saying that the shielding only works where my pinky is, but not where my index finder is, despite the fact it is in between the emitter and the receiver in both places.
Good vid Jeff, I keep blowing the finals? might be spikes? and difficult to bios the adjustment, might replace the bios pot with a multiturn? So, what are the cap values you installed? cheers Owen G0RCL
Been seeing quite a few of these on eBay, it’s not my thing, although there’s three on eBay right now in lesser condition, one mint for £232.76 + £17.09 from America, you done very well, 1956 being the year I was born.
Nice relaxing review, I have never had an electric watch before, we’re there issues getting batteries and charging them, if that’s what’s needed, or do you take them to the shops to get a battery?.
Nice to see you share. This is the I-10 from inricon Audio, video and night vision testing.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tz9W-1LmRb8.html
That was my first record player Jeffrey I got one bought by my late parents in around 1982 when I was 11 years old it lasted quite few years for a such a small machine it surprisingly had a good sound I think it was a very basic BSR deck with flip over stylus for what it was a decent basic record player I think marketed at the teenager /child market

@@jeffreypetchharrison4363 the prices of second hand cb's is just stupid!. I have several boxes of old cb's here, i guess if i sold them all i might be able to retire early!!!.
Venerable Flores I have an existing radio network using vhf and uhf bands. And I am planning to add this PoC LTE radio to my network. Can you suggest how can I integrate my analog radio network to that PoC LTE radios.
😂😂😂😂😂 7:13 Sorry but I am immature and found that part hilarious! But anyway, thanks for the video, I just picked one of these up, a different brand though but same exact thing (same factory and just rebranded I think). I wondered why mine didn't come with a power adapter!
@@jeffreypetchharrison4363 Buy a demagnetizer off ebay. They’re like ten bucks. Nine out of ten times, the watch in question is running poorly because it’s mainspring became mangetized by something. Speakers, cellphones, radios, airport security, all contribute to a watch getting magnetized. And those Timex electric Dynabeats were particularly prone to it.
Excellent video. I've been considering the T320 and wondered about the S200. I'm going to go for the T320 as it's more solid, bit cheaper, and bonus points for it looks rather like a Police radio, especially if put in a Klikfast case! I'm mostly buying one for EchoLink. Subscribed. 73s M7TUD
