"Do exactly what we say or we'll shoot you in the liver!" is essentially what LA AFB is doing to me with this weapon. The culprits projected in my eyelids were white initially, then Asian and African. Also witnessed LASD and LAPD at their desks.

These governments will stand out, looking foolish to the rest of the world. Their attempts to control Bitcoin through mechanisms like the NDAA reveal their desperation and lack of understanding of a decentralized, global network. As Bitcoin continues to operate beyond the reach of any single jurisdiction, these efforts only highlight their inability to adapt to a changing financial landscape.

The Hiroshima nuclear bomb was only a 15 kiloton bomb. That is 15,000 Tons of TNT size. A Megaton, is 1,000,000 Tons, of TNT. A 100 Megaton bomb is in size, *1* to 0.00015 in ratio size. The Hiroshima bomb was a city killer small bomb. These are Continent destroyer size bomb, bombs. The Russians have them on Torpedos. If one of those torpedos were to hit Washington, a 1000 miles radius of instant heat and destruction would be released on America. The Ocean, that submarine is floating in, would instantly vaporize, from the shoreline, going 1000 miles towards Europe. Then, going inland, all of the states would be destroyed within 1000 miles of that detonation strike point. All the land going towards California, stopping in Illinois, would be 3000°f molten lava.

So what evidence is there about the dangers of PFAS? What is the undisputed evidence? Where is the real science, ie undisputed Cause and effect? While you’re at it, how about CV Vacine damage

So are we going to spend the same level of effort to determine the PFAS replacement to be safer. Without reasonable level of doubt ? This feels an over reaction.

Why did you guys not spend the same level of effort exploring adverse effects to agent orange exposure?

Ok. It’s there in some to be detected areas (and some in detected areas) we do not know it has a human threat, we are assuming it must be bad since it’s there. Why is it bad? What has been linked to health issues? Am I filling up with PFAS? If so where? Why are we freaking about this if there has not been a health link?

5:00 to 6:20 - Central planning at its finest. Good job, comrades! - "multiple years in the making - "it takes a few years to get somewhere - "DOD, we want a report - "GAO, we want a little bit more information - "give us a report on the same topic but go in [another] direction - "house report - "senate report - "conference report - "these reports frequently tell DOD to... give us a report - "it is a method of communication In all seriousness, I support your work; I'm just saddened that it is necessary. Imagine trying to explain this to someone /not/ steeped in the MICC /without/ visual aids like this video. For a system in dire need of help, we make it awfully hard for friends to pitch in.

I’ve read parts of this. Some parts are very troubling. (IE) FEMA. It had(?) authorization for a standing army of 25,00 troops, with heavy weapons and the ability to imprison, without formal charges or trials. They could come at any time(without an arrest warrant) in part. Is that still in effect?

Well that makes me sleep well. I naively thought these devices were being slowly turned into fuel for peaceful power that would slow global warming. NOPE, we are making bigger, deadlier ones with longer range and better countermeasures, and you can bet Russia, China, North Korean and the rest of the Nuke fan club are all upping their game as well. Along with this will be more broken arrows, radiation leaks, contamination, and a few ticks closer to midnight on the IAEA Doomsday clock. One "BOOMER "trident submarine has the power to bring ANY nation including USA Russia and China to their knees in 20 minutes, with so many counter measures that most if not all will land on target. And after that country has been pushed back to the middle ages the fall out will circle the earth many many times over giving us all a nuclear winter and massive crop, live stock and food shortages leading to starvation, assuming the infrastructure still exists and its it self contaminated. Im not some anti-nuke fanatic, I study this from both energy and weapon side, Im pronuclear, but not with the reckless abandon we are setting the stage for now. One day ONE bomb is going to go off at the WRONG time, setting the evil machines cogs into unstoppable motion.

The Defense Civilian Training Corps (DCTC) is a scholarship program designed to prepare future civilian workforce members for the U.S. Department of Defense. Talented students from various majors are selected to join cohorts at host universities, with four universities running pilot programs for the 2023-24 academic year: North Carolina A&T, Purdue, the University of Arizona, and Virginia Tech. The DCTC is a collaborative effort involving government, industry, and academia. The lead organization for the pilot program is the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)), working in conjunction with the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Research & Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) and the Chief Digital & Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). The implementation of the pilot program and curriculum is overseen by the Acquisition Innovation Research Center (AIRC), which is a university-affiliated research center (UARC) anchored at Stevens Institute of Technology. The AIRC comprises more than two dozen STEM universities. This initiative seems to be focused on cultivating talent in fields such as finance, engineering, sciences, business, and public policy to contribute to the Department of Defense.

Years ago, govt bought data rights and in some cases level three documentation. This allowed govt to compete future buys AND be prepared to produce in-house in the event industry was not able to sustain capability due to sporadic demand from DOD. Witness Motorolas decision to stop producing Fuzes in the late 80’s. Rearely, if ever, do we buy data/documentation today, deemed too expensive. This needs to change

True - pilots are at fault for many accidents. What is not measured is the number of times a pilot saves the day, for example, when the automation fails.

If you read Michael Ignatiefs book written at the outset of this tech change, you always get up front expectations that new tech will limit the mass murder either because it will be so horrible that war will cease (machine guns), or because it will be so ethical because of systems or human review. But once it comes into use it proliferates to a point where they are in mass use. These technologies will be sold on some high minded sounding stuff, and will literally allow the whole world to be one large prison cell, and death chamber.

Super interview and could not agree more with the key points. LOTS of folks wanting to transition new technologies, often from non-traditional suppliers, but the long pole in the tent for Programs of Record is the Engineering and Test to mature the technology so that it is repeatable, reliable, effective, sustainable and affordable. The Engineering and Test is the hard part and until we recognize that and beef-up our DOD RDTE capabilities and human resources we'll continue to be constrained by them. Suggest there is an important role for DOD engineers to help engage and lead efforts in Military as well as Commercial Specifications and Standards which need to be constantly updated and revised to reflect new technologies and capabilities as well as evolving requirements, DOD needs to think in terms of creating an Agile and Adaptive Learning-Driven Innovation Ecosystem that can anticipate threats, identify opportunities and emerge solutions at pace and scale. I love the idea of a :Defense Engineering Board" as well as Career Appointment vs. Political Appointees for both Engineering and Acquisition Leadership. We have far too much leadership churn and relearning going on to be operating at the edge of understanding. Great interview and THX for hosting it!

As an retired engineer with 37 years experience in dealing with trying to transition promising emerging technologies to products in a culture that at times seems to resist doing so and as such I agree that business as usual attitude may not be what is now needed in regard to military procurements. From this background, I have been sharing my current thoughts along these lines in a series of RU-vid videos I am calling battlefield's of the Future. My emphasis in this series is on how to integrate simple systems (e.g. E-Bikes) so as to provide significant improvements in capabilities such as in light infantry that can the be deployed with a leaner logistics footprint as may be required if having to fight a peer opponent such as China. But in a broader view the problem is that in an era of rapid technological advances how can lumbering giants like DoD keep abreast of all that while having to be able to maintain systems for decades even after many of not most their parts and components become obsolescent and out of production. Perhaps one way to do this is not try to reform the acquisition of big tickets items such as 6th gen fighters or aircraft carriers and other huge programs like these that typically are too big too fail but work out how to do this one little programs (such as employing E-Bikes) where one then can work the bugs out of new acquisition strategies on programs that are not too big to fail, but if successful can make sizable contributions to over all capabilities such as enhancing the mobility, firepower, survivability, deplorability, and logistics footprint of light infantry, all of which it seems E-Bikes can play a significant role. Also, I have a Padlet Virtual Corkboard on the same topic and links to that as well as my RU-vid videos can be found on my RU-vid site.

Who are you, why, what is with the Russians, when is the war? How much is the logo behind the general's back? Everyone understood that you are creating conditions under which any conflict will be the fault of the Russians. The Russians, too. Maybe there is still a chance, fuck it with the appearance, otherwise the United States will not have time. One thing only amuses, does the United States really think that it is the most cunning of all??? Tell the Pentagon that cunning is not an indicator of intelligence and intelligence, but an indicator of stupidity. Maybe you just admit that the United States is a rotten, corrupt, fascist state. Guys, with such greed and a lot of corpses on their conscience, the state does not live
