I don’t think Bayonetta has been censored. We’re only seeing a piece of the game and Kamiya said not to underestimate him when asked about it. Besides, Nintendo wanted PG to make the Peach/Daisy costumes more revealing. The game also took a while to be revealed due to it starting development shortly before the reveal in 2017.

I remember that leak back when I was in middle school, I think I was 13, now 19 That leak got my attention when I first saw it, and oh boy was I suprised The veterans returning from brawl were obvious to me Ness and Jigglypuff: They been in since smash 64 Ganondorf: Not suprised Falco: Happy to see him Mr. Game and Watch: like Falco, happy to see them R.O.B.: Shocked that he returned Wario: He's Wario, of course he was going to return Then the others shocked me Dr. Mario: I actually screamed when he returned, this made him the first character to return after he was cut in a previous smash game. Dark Pit: I didn't agree with this pick and thought he was a made-up character for smash, it's just pit but black, Black Pit is also his Japanese name, I never played Uprising before and still haven't. Shulk: Didn't who that was Bowser Jr.: Definitely knew who that was since he was from the Mario series. Duck Hunt: It's the same thing with Shulk, I didn't know who they were. I still hate that leak by the way
