I always wanted to roast a whole lamb over a spit for Easter. I think that would make a great traditioon Roasted lamb and potluck . I bet Ambassador Matt wold be all over the idea.
He nailed it when he said it’s like pork loin. Too many people compare it to chicken for some reason. Some say it to not deter people from eating it,but if you’re wanting or expecting chicken then eat chicken it’s cheaper. I’ve eaten alligator many times, but now I’m looking into having it shipped to me so I can cook it. Most of the time when you see gator on a menu it’s only deep fried nuggets. Again might as well get chicken of all you want is nuggets😂 There’s more to a gator than nuggets.
I'm sorry but having 6 bags of charcoal underneath your grill and it sitting infront of a wall of firewood is not the brightest idea... too much could happen.
