Why does a vacuum line that goes to a vacuum gauge on your dash cause air to get in your fuel line? I can see the hoses going to your fuel filters and to the tank being a likely culprit.

you have the wrong chain on there. You have a Roller Block you need a roller chain. it's thicker sprockets and chain

That's what I was looking for , mine started to act stupid and opens the release valve at 105- 110 psi.
