Yep, I'm buying a house in Italy completely remotely, in an area of Italy I've NEVER been to and without ever seeing it! Crazy?! You be the judge. Follow along to see how it turns out.

G'day I'm Tegan and during the pandemic I came across a video on RU-vid (of course...what else was there to do during lockdowns) about buying a 1 euro home in Italy. Many videos later, and having always dreamed of owning an Italian villa (I blame Under The Tuscan Sun), I decided I wanted to purchase a property in Italy. Problem was, I was stuck in Mexico at the time due to the pandemic. So, I decided to do it remotely.

This is my journey from the idea of buying a house in Italy, searching for the ideal Italian property, purchasing my Italian home, and then the "fun" process of renovating a house in Italy.

I don't speak Italian, I don't know the area, or even where the nearest supermarket is, and I've never renovated a house before...So this could be interesting! Come along for the ride!
