This is such a good conversation. As creatives it’s almost impossible to see someone’s content and not want to go and create or the need to. For me it was the immediate need to feel less than that I didn’t increase something that day. Envious of them having time that I feel like I didn’t have.
I think that's more to do with the platforms than the people. I always feel so bad when I'm on Instagram. Like "I should be doing more" and it's destructive internally as a creative. Glad this video stood out to you bro.

Appreciated your examples and metaphors. I think many people forget to always put self-love first before the love of their partner. When both are happy and proud of themselves within then I think that will help better the relationship as a whole.
