Well, it is one of the ugliest Vehicles I've ever seen. It can do all the things and have all the bells and whistles but when it comes to a Car like this, if it does not look good then all that tech is meaningless.
Sorry, this is another ("AI") video that repeats the same thing showing (different "Sports Cars"). I cut out the redundant video. The internet is full of these (nonsense) types of repeating the same thing in many different ways.
Great and informative video. Shame about the AI commentary - its a two twenty and not a two hundered and twenty and mm is not a word it is millimetres - just to mention two errors. Please use real commentators.
As others have said, producing something that was a downgrade of the original concept was stupid. The bean counters without balls?? That AI commentary is as irritating as ever - why do the video makers keep doing this? The answer? They don’t read our comments. Urgh!
It's price when it dropped was equivalent to over $750k in today's money and the last model years price was equivalent to $1.2m in today's dollars so I'd speculate that's a good reason why sales were slow. the last xj220 was sold in 1997 for $140,000, equivalent to $275,000 in todays money, a more reasonable price.
Bait and switch from a V12 to a V6. Also, it has a chunky front end, and body/wheel ratio that looks odd. Odd is not a good look. F40 looks better fyi.
A v12 would’ve been perfect but instead of the turbocharged v6 it ended up getting it might’ve been a bit better with a v8 though im tied between a cross plane or flatplane layout
I couldn't make it 2 minutes in. Thumbs down for AI voiceover. Speak into a microphone. It's not that hard. Seriously. Who else is sick of these ridiculous robot voices?
The awful voice with it's mispronunciations, using American terms in an 'English' voice made me miss something I wanted to listen to. I just couldn't stand it any more.
I get it, it’s fine, use AI for your VO, but please for the love of god don’t get it to say “ex jay two hundred twenty” 30 times a minute and pronounce millimetres “emems” 😅
