Good lecture I am tmj patient with tmj tightness and pain done tmj Arthosentisis no relief at all mri shows mild buckling and thinning o the anterior dissc bilaterally no evidence of vious perforation anterior dislocation of condle with anterior displacement of the articular disc on open moth images bilateral condylar heads shows flattening with subtle erosions onct correlation no jt effusion 72 yr please advise surgery possible
