Our vision is to create a world with a cure for every disease. We harness our knowledge of nature to create sustainable cures for diseases that plague people, animals and plants.

Our researchers use Australian venoms, plants and soils to stop superbugs in their tracks, to create better cancer treatments, to ensure patients survive strokes and heart attacks, to solve inflammatory diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, and to develop environmentally friendly and effective pesticides.

Dont be stupid this is all fake scam! They growing mini kidney ,not for patients, but for pharmacy corporations to test new medicine basically the imunosuppresants after you get transplanted. Nobody will make you a kidney as they only care about money, nothing is being done they could make kidney actually today, but they wont as this is big bussiness. Medicine, operations, dialysis alll mega business and nobody will want stop it. 20 years ago they already made normal kidney for everyone. And 10 years ago one made mechanical which worked and removed and changed to this will be very good for dialysis machines- pointless, another made full size kidney with 3 bio printer made real kidney from your own dna in 24 hours. And it worked 3 months no problem in patient as there cant be any as kidney is identical to any other, what happen this company and patient disapeared, and person with kidney got killed as simple as that.

As a chronic pain sufferer I find the humour quite insulting. It is real pain that people are experiencing and you and your audience are laughing about it. Instead of complaining about the welfare cost of treating the 'huge burden on society' we need to look at the socioeconomic cause of the development from acute pain to chronic pain and hence, the obvious need for both early intervention and affordability of treatment.

Toxoplasmosis and toxoplasma gondii is a parasitic protozoan that is transmitted through the spread of feline fecal matter and infests the lungs, eyes, brains and hearts of innocent infant humans, where it leads to the causation of cysts that damages cones, rods, alveoli, ventricles, axons, dendrites and in particular synapses, more importantly, pre-synaptic clefts, this leads to the blockage of cellular reuptake receptors in ion channels... the SMRI studies the link between this and the on set of schizophrenia, South Australia has an annual loss of 70 million in ruminants... (and Queenslands prisons cost 2.1 million dollars per day and it is $300.64 per day, per prisoner... dole bludgers dont get that spent on them!, did i mention the fact that bent and rusty syringe needles are sharpened on the concrete and steel bed bases before being inserted into arms, the $2.1 million per day is just to house, feed, clothe and maintain the health of these bastards, any intravenous disease is an additional community cost) browyn bishop is awarded $700 per day, people work hard for her enabled self righteous taxpayer funded, bold talking persona, like she should be a character in a movie she is that entitled and her character should be categorically indexed as extraordinaire, she is the greatest driver of slaves that the world has ever seen but im certain she owns a cat, so that means her wealth actively harms children. www.teslasources.com/ re:franklin's bells (weather can be controlled electrically)

It's interesting to note that I searched for "cloning kidneys." But there's only one video on RU-vid specifically on kidney cloning (and nothing else), which is this one. You'd think there'd be a number of kidney cloning videos, including updates (impediments/breakthroughs) on research from university labs/research centers throughout the world, etc. Seems everything's about dialysis, or implantable devices etc.. So, since most of the developed world operates with capitalism, I wonder if perhaps there's no significant profits to be made in a possible future of nephrology which includes cloned kidneys..
@zuutlmna

Maybe the better way to phrase the money situation is that med. insurance companies would likely see vastly reduced medical expense payouts, due to kidney patients needing very little, or no artificial dialysis. The money would still be there, just distributed differently.

Its not needed. Just transplant the stem cell and grow your kidney inside within 3-6 months. Eventually withdrawal of dialysis is possible.

Researchers have progressed this research since this was first published and the process of growing a mini-kidney in a dish has indeed evolved. The mini-kidney’s grown now are more complex and much more like the real organ. You can read more here imb.uq.edu.au/article/2015/10/mini-kidneys-successfully-grown-stem-cells

Just do what Pritikin, McDougall, Esselstyn, Ornish, Campbell have been telling you for decades. Eat a Whole Foods plant based diet rich in whole starchy staples, vegetables, some fruit, no oil, no meat, no dairy. It works through entire life after weaning. Those that choose to ignore not only harm themselves, but also harm the entire ecosystem.
@joeschmo5699

@theartificialsociety3373
@theartificialsociety3373 7 лет назад
Well there will always be skeptics. Do you not believe? It seems like its pretty easy to test on oneself namely your cholesterol, blood pressure, homocysteine, weight. It just makes too much sense to ignore.
@joeschmo5699
@joeschmo5699 7 лет назад
The Artificial Society Yeah, Keith is also thinking big picture - how agriculture always destroys the environment, and now, with these massive GMO mono-crops? Glyphosate apparently acts like an antibacterial agent. It sterilizes the soil. Not to mention the amount of fossil fuels needed to harvest and transport this nutrition-poor food around. We have a situation that goes beyond individual health. It's global environmental impact. And it should come as no surprise that grain crops are harmful to human health anyway, particularly wheat (and wheat was always bad for humans). Rice is probably the least problematic of the grain crops.
@theartificialsociety3373
@theartificialsociety3373 7 лет назад
joe schmo Well there are a lot of issues of human impact on the environment. But people have studied the impact of growing plant based foods vs. animal products and there isn't much of a contest. Animal agriculture is a much greater impact. In theory if we recycled all our waste then we wouldn't have any impact. But until then, a plant based diet is your smallest footprint.
@h.imamura7344
@h.imamura7344 3 года назад
Yes. That will work for most people. The nutritional geometry is nice but this is a typical failure of nutritional science that over focused on macro nutrients. In the end, I am not sure what was the point of the talk: he is suggesting the best balanced diet depends on a goal.
