@@marissfrancis1362 Sorry po. As you can see in the video, I don't have exact measurements. I just eyeball it.😅 It depends on how salty you want your Adobo to be. The technique is, don't make the sauce too salty while you're making the meat tender. ALWAYS ADJUST THE SEASONING OR SALTINESS UNTIL THE VERY END.🙂❤️

@@handsomegamer9058 You do you.😊 I don't like bay leaves in my Adobo. I love the aroma of whole peppercorns. But I know you will agree that there's nothing worse than enjoying your food and then accidentally biting into a peppercorn. It will whack you with overwhelming taste or even chip your tooth. Most of the time, it's just a hassle to pick them off while eating. Since I'm the one who's going to eat it, MY FOOD, MY RULES.😊
