As you can see I like doing different things. I figured it was just easier to drop the videos in one channel than have different channels for different things. I have started using playlists to make it easier to find the related videos. I also don't care about being in front of the camera which is why you will not see me much in them. My camera doesn't have a mic input, so I try to keep it close to me when I'm recording, but my main goal is to make videos that help others about whatever it is that I'm working on at the time. I studied industrial technology at the university, but I like different types of technologies. As for the channel name, everything was taken and this one wasn't. Since I was just starting to make videos at the time, this name seem to fit.
I ended up taking out the solenoid valve body to try and clean it. Unfortunately you need to take the valve body apart to get those solenoids out in this car. So I only cleaned it the best I could and put it back in. It helped but the transmission was still acting up. They said that if that didn't work they were thinking of trading it in so that's where I left it. Nothing more I could do at that point. You either take it all apart or get a replacement.
@@myshots101 I just finished rebuilding the entire transmission with all new seals, rebuilt valve body, fluid pump, clutches, filters etc. And it's shifting bad, drives good at first for like 3 minutes then the accelerator becomes unresponsive. Getting codes p2859 and p0965, I got a icon t8 scanner to try and clear it and reprogram but so far no luck.
@@NelO-n7q I think I was able to clear the codes but after driving it for a while I think is when it would come back. I also put my camera inside the transmission to see if there was any damage to the belt but it was clean and looked new. Honestly it's been a while so I can't remember if the codes cleared or not after what I did. It did improve to where it was drivable on the street for short distances but not long. I don't know if they kept the car or not. I did end up filling it up from that tube on it. Make sure there is enough fluid since you rebuild it. That seems to cause similar issues if there's not enough fluid as well.
Just letting you know, all those blank pads, you don't have to reflow them, because there is a trace underneath it. It's there mostly for different versions of the board that may contain different components. Reflowing a solder pad on a trace doesn't really do anything. What's important is reflowing the larger SMD components, like all the large resistors and connector pins.
@@austin22re It did seem to help a bit but yeah I may check it again one of these days just to see if any of those were a problem too. We replaced it since it only worked for a bit before it started acting up again.

Hi. I'm sorry for the late response. I have not used it much. I have been sick and haven't done much recording with it. I have a 256gb sd card in it. I think that's the most you can put in it. I can't remember off the top of my head but that's the card I have in it. No night mode but there's a button to turn on the led so you can use that at night.
Did you know that you can upgrade to the 1440p version on that same laptop? They have four different display options for the same model, all are 40 pin connectors. They have the 1080p 165 Hertz, 1080p 300 Hertz, 1080p 360 Hertz, 1440p 260 Hertz
The best way to fix this problem is to buy strips of 2/16th inch aluminum strips and 3M Scotch mount 30 lb extreme double-sided foam and use this to Stick the aluminum strips underneath the warped out area You can then put weights on it and bend it to the correct position And it will stay. @@joshfletcher1377 Yes it did. I haven't done the other side even though it's okay but one day I'll get to it. The seal I bought was from O'Reilly's not AutoZone and I like the fit. It's much better than the stock one.
For the life of me I was looking for the readiness monitor on the D7, gave up went to my INNOVA OBD2 scanner (1/4 the price) for fast and clear if vehicle ready or not. Other than that the D7 is pretty good but not for older cars, many feature don't work, might as well get a cheap scanner where simple is better. Oh one more issue, D7 touch screen doesn't respond well during very hot days while having no problems with the INNOVA. I forgot to mention the D7 is very slow, asking questions (had to enter VIN number for older cars for one, touchpad won't work on hot days) taking a few minutes to start scanning, the INNOVA a few seconds and no questions asked just right to the point if car ready or not.
@@kimchee94112 Yes they all have their good and bad slides. The big scanners have more features that you have to dig through. The Innova is great for quick checks as you mentioned but slow when updating it.
Good luck getting the A30M to do any updates, And now my D7 is doing the same thing They both say internet anomaly when trying to update and I've tried updating them on friends routers and it says the same thing after trying it just stops downloading updates. The d7 is only 2 years old with 3years of free updates
@@johnmitchell8925 That's weird. I have been updating it with no problems. On the updates setting I think it is, it tells you when you started and when your updates end. 3 years as far as I know. Maybe they're having issues. Haven't tried updating it the last couple of days myself. Also try updating it late at night since there's a time difference.
I have one similar but it has two screw down bolts on top. They have lights that are rechargeable that have the batteries built in. I also have a white one rechargeable that is British made.
Apparently there was recall in 2017 on this problem but the window Mazda would fix it only lasted through part of 2018. I didn't realize that and I have the same problem. Leaving it unfixed has since damaged my display so I recommend trying this but replacement is likely needed.

Hey there, I just was curious if the tcm you repaired is still holding up and working well? I have a 2009 Mazda 3 that's been sitting for about a year and all signs have pointed to something wrong with the tcm, and I'm debating on sending it in, paying the $300 to have it fixed or just attempt it myself. @@djtrykle Hey. Unfortunately that only works for a bit, then the car started doing the same thing since I also didn't replace any of the components inside it. We ended up buying the new dealer TCM. It's working fine now. I recommend just doing the new TCM event if it's not cheap because it will just work. The only thing I did do is moved it to the firewall instead of above the transmission. It just gets too hot there. I meant the whole engine does but the transmission tends to get hotter.
Hello... Just wanted to ask what was happening with the starter before you replaced it...? Mine starts fine when cold always...but when its hot out and I've driven for a while I have to wait for 30 minutes to let it cool down and then it will start...
@@chocolatejosh666 This one just stopped working. It would turn on sometimes at the end but then it just would not. It didn't matter what the weather was so it was on its last leg.

No need. You lose what's in the reservoir and maybe a little bit more I just added what I lost and checked it again later to make sure it was at the correct level.
Yes but the updates stopped at two years. I think it was actually before that. Other than that it still works. They have one that does key programming. They don't have that on this one.
