@@VictorSanchezFitness yes, I definitely would. Here’s my honest opinion. First and foremost, I believe they are made of cheap aluminum, that being said that is the only down side I have seen to these radiators. Ok so here is the positive: number 1: they are backed by Amazon, so if it is damaged in shipping it’s replaced no questions asked (I love Amazon for that) number 2: at this point I have used cheap Amazon rads of different brands numerous times and have had nothing but good luck. (At this point I have ran the cheap-o radiator for a few years, or enough time to say, YES, they are good) now of corse the long term 10 yes down the road it’s hard to say. so in short I highly recommend these radiators based on the several years of experience I have had with them.
@@frankiewest2986 man unfortunately I have never done a starter job on one of these. I imagine there has to be some good RU-vid videos out there on that subject. There’s a bajilion of these tractors out there. Best of luck in your search my friend
I am Glad to see you still are using your HAWK…! I got mine around March 2001 and just now have put a little over 5000 miles on it… It still looks brand new and still runs like a new bike …. I cruising around in the country and going to do errands on it… It’s so much easier to handle than my big Harley ..🤔👀 I enjoy your camping videos on your hawk..! I believe if I was 40 years younger, I might even attempt doing this myself…😹😹😹 but at 70 I’m just glad to be out there still riding…👍🏻
@@Re-DeclarationOfIndependence great question! In your case, extending the lower control arms would definitely help, but you must have tight suspension parts ideally, you don’t want any loose parts. If you have loose parts fix those first. Hopefully this helps!
@@wayne7862 yes I sure do! I just did a stealth CAMPOUT about a week ago, you’ll have to check it out! It’s at the top of my videos on my channel right now
Good luck on your cdls! To get my learners right below ya in wv, i watched a bunch of youtube videos with questions and answers. Never even got a book to look at. Im not finding the exact ones. Mytestmyprep videos look pretty close. But this week im going for my passenger and bus endorsement! 40 hour class
That's one of the older style chinese bikes and they do have some quality issues like you said. But the newer style chinese bikes are much better. They still have little quirks and a few items that aren't that great, or fit and finish not being perfect, but the newer chinese bikes like Trailmaster or the X-pro Templar models have some tough swing arms (but still made of steel), and slightly better chains (but still not great). But the Zongshen engines they use in most all of the chinese bikes are really good. I just bought a new Trailmaster T5 dual sport and I was shocked by how nice it is. And only 1699!
Hello everyone! If your looking for a how to video, check out my detailed rim lock instal video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KGJhZEjyFGg.htmlsi=2KNwXu8Co545xsp1
You are correct, however it was full of air when I left the house. And yes your right a flat tire will spin, Unless you have a rim lock. Thanks for the GREAT comment.
@@tatsumaru12345 great question, simple answer, I actually took it camping recently and didn’t really have any issues hoping on and off of the bike. You just have to be mindful that there’s less room to hop on and off of the bike. Camping video coming soon! Thanks for watching!
I just found a yanmar 226d. With 7 attachments.Really cheap. 800.00. It was built between 1981-1991. The front left wheel is locked up. Is it possible that a piece of the wheel bearing fell into the gears?
My 2024 Hawk came from the distributor with way too much throttle free play. The cable seems to be 1 1/2 inch too long - so long that the adjusting screw isn't long enough to take up the slack. It is so long that I cannot release the throttle and let the bike idle or it will stall. I have to maintain constant revs on the throttle when at a stop light and my right wrist doesn't appreciate it. I have saved this problem for last and I'm about to pull the cable and measure it against those that are for sale on eBay and, your link on Amazon.
My taotao 250 did this.i ordered the nibbi kit.came with the carb and c.i.d.box and coil.i started to run a higher octane fuel witch really brings a 250 alive.😅😅.but ping stopped.also when checking your plug.if the tip is brown it's perfect for fuel jet.black is to rich and white is to lean.
@@lzmdzsem1 I would have to make a video of them, they tuned out great 👍 the one an only issue is that they brakes are weak, I don’t think the electromagnets are very good. B
@@goodolboys713that's a shame, maybe the surface isn't smooth enough? Or it can't get enough leverage due to the extra distance. I found an old website that talked about selling bolt on adapter plates to fill the gap and give the magnet somewhere better to grab. I'm working on making something like that for my 12" brakes via SendCutSend, maybe something like that could work for you too?
