Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they even want to slow down all the gas pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime. "Bundesabgasbespaßungsverbotsverordnung BABVVO" in German....((
Had a 70' CS with strato buckets gold interior and gold top same gold paint. All original not like this one. Rear bumper and mirrors are not on this one. This one also is repaint, all lies
This one is quite nice! I owned a 1970 Cutlass SX with a 455 two barrel-gold over tan with a black vinyl top and bumper cut outs/dual exhaust. i loved that care and regret the dr day I sold it...Car was fast comfortable and had AC 8 track buckets and console. Another one is on my bucket list.
Super rare car. I saw one of these in 1978 in Mount Juliet, TN that wasn't in the good shape the car is in the video. I noticed the car because I was driving a 1972 Monte Carlo that was the same color as the video and the 1971 Monte Carlo 454 SS I saw many years ago. I love that Mulsanne Blue color and have great memories of that car. Thanks for the video.
A very well loaded car. The only option I don't see is cruise control. I'm also unsure if a 6 way power bucket seat was available. In any case, a beautiful example of a '71 SS454.
Cruise control and the G67 load leveling compressor mount in the same area. All SS454s got the G67 option, so cruise wasn't available with the SS454 package.
I had an aunt that lives in San Francisco and she had a 67 brand new. She decided to go into the service as a major because she was so educated and sold the car. She came out of the service in 1970 and bought a brand new 70 Camaro which I fell in love with. Unfortunately my aunt died of Agent Orange.
Got a friend who has a 67 RS SS with the Hideaway headlights in Candlelight cream I guess you would call it with a black interior and black vinyl top she loves that car!
I owned a version of this car, same year same color same motor with the vinyl top. The only difference is I had a bench seat with a column shifter. She was an excellent ride. I ended up trading it for an 84 Monte SS with what turned out to be a dz 302 out of a 69 camaro under the hood and a 74 Stingray with a tunnel ram and dual carbs with a bug catcher scoop on it. I had a good time with all three of those cars. thanks for the memories man
