Fracking can effect water wells (wind mills for livestock) as well as vegetation from the chemical they use during fracking, HVOCs highly volatile organic compounds Many of the chemicals used in fracking are still undisclosed by gas and oil industries So definitely get soil water and vegetation samples tested Chemicals can have many effect on humans even birth defects Who owns the Rez? Government ultimately does, it was all leased back to the tribes and who owns all the natural resources? Texas for example one person can own topsoil and another can own whats under the ground And Arizona laws vs New Mexico laws vs Navajo tribal laws not to mention BIA involvement is all a big complicated mess Water rights over Colorado river basin and with the state of New Mexico is bad enuff so I can’t imagine this matter getting settled So where is the EPA and OSHA? EPA/demoncrats shutdown coal fire plants across this country so where are they when it comes to fracking? One other thing is why hasn’t big media or KTNN blasting it? So much other stuff about Navajo tribe that needs to be made public but then again the more u know the more it hurts
Officials are becoming increasingly aggressive towards there constituents.... I think they forgot they were the ones..to "Run".....for there position. And there voice is supposed to be a voice for the peeps. Nowadays...there taking after there idol..."trump" Undermining the people s concerns!!!!!!

How sad that such a beautiful, hand hewn stone building has been demolished! It should have been repurposed as apartments, a community center, museum, library, etc. I wish that here in America we valued historic structures like other parts of the world.
