Current Luffy still ain't beating Kaido ngl to you. Even when Luffy was fully healed since zoan awakenings gives a character faster healing, Kaido was still keeping up with him despite being heavily injured and tired might I add
Ulti and Black Maria scale above base Post-Udon Luffy, who is stronger than Pre-Udon Gear 4 Luffy. They'd one-shot Doflamingo. And we know what Black Maria is doing to him afterwards. This also upscales Nami and Robin over him. Devon would also scale above Doffy just because of power cliffing.
