I recently lost my grandfather and inherited a box of his Playboys I now own a 1953 first edition first issue Marilyn Monroe magazine and it's a page three variant it has a tiny bit of water damage on the back so I haven't gotten it graded if anyone would be interested in buying it had it authenticated

I've loved MM since i was 10 or 11 (38 now) and i caught a movie marathon my mum was watching of Marilyn and just thought immediately she was so beautiful. So I started reading everything i could find and collecting books (mainly photo books, found some great stuff at second hand stores) and keeping calendars for the photos. My fave item I had was a signed check from 1960 i got at RR auction. I had to sell it tho 😭 but it was nice to have. I collect autographs of my fave celebs including Sharon Tate. You have a great collection, i'd love to be able to buy something she owned ❤️ i'm in Australia and would love to make the trip to LA one day.

I just bought a 1953 Playboy magazine issue #1 2007 reprint. I didn't get fooled as the seller did indeed make that clear in the description, however, it will be a nice addition to my man cave of collectible stuff. Your web site was indeed one of the first ones to pop up on GOOGLE and that is where I got my info on this particular magazine. I paid $90 for it and even though it is a reprint, it seems to tie the room together as a conversation piece. $90 well spent regardless.
