It felt similar to the pain I feel after a brutal shoulder workout. But just like a tough workout, the pain subsided after a few days. Sorry but this is the most uncomfortable shit ever (Lumar support). I can't even sit properly. I'd rather have back problems when im old than to play games while uncomfortable.
I was recently shown a photo of my spine. It was so bad that doctors referred to it as the Leaning Tower of Pizza. Now, I'm trying to find the most efficient ways to sit straight, as my career path will involve a lot of sitting. Hopefully, I can add this correct sitting position to my list of good habits, including sleeping on my back.

In my experience, stronger back muscles have a huge impact on one's ability to sit upright with good posture. If your doc can't help, search chairsfx.com for 'Dr. William Duncan'. The problem with sitting all the way back is that many gaming chairs have a stupidly placed "shoulder guards" which force your shoulders to get rounded by not letting them stay aligned with the rest of the back.

And yeah, you will having a hard time to dry the deep parts even if you sun bath/ blower in constantly. You need to dedicate a time to clean it, to acheive best results.

Id just buy a car seat from a junkyard and clean it and use it as a gaming chair.... These seats are designed for people sitting in them for a long time if I really wanted a car like seat for gaming

I feel almost no resistance when tilting back. I certainly can't "rock" without moving my whole body forward. I'm a big guy, but not bigger than the limit. I've tried adjusting the resistance with the dial, but it seems to do nothing. Do I have a defective unit or is it user error?
Gonna throw out my recliner chair I paid $650 bucks 3 1/2 yrs ago. Thank im gonna try this. But like I've read but they didn't have replys to. Question what if it's not possible I live apartment building and I have no sun. Can I just use a fan ? I know sun help sanitize the chair.
