The first time I'm seeing this. I love to see people take something like proud mary and do their own thing with it rather than always doing Tina Turner's version of the song and dance. This was a great performance.
This was one hell of a show. If I had to guess, I’m willing to bet the choir couldn’t hear the band during the opener which caused a few issues that were later fixed in the show. Make no mistake about it, The Company is a top notch one of a kind choir that has produced award winning shows for years. They have always been one of my favorite choirs to watch.
it's obviously been a while since this comment has been posted, but just so everyone knows, socal is rigged. yes, even show choir has politics and it does carry over during competitions. there's a reason burbank never loses at socal.
this was taken from the live stream of the competition, we had no control over it. the people hosting the event were flashing the names of all the choirs (not just ours) throughout the duration of the live stream so that any new viewers would know who was performing at the time.
Fairfield continues to blow my mind & it just keeps getting better every year. their sound is that of a professional Broadway production. Randy's choreography is BEYOND EPIC (or any other words)! Clark...he is my IDOL!
Completely butchered it. Why would anyone cut the echos off short, and speed it up, I mean come on. I guess everything besides the echos, and the clapping noises it was pretty cool. But still
