My best friend and I get into this repetitive argument of her trying to get me to say my friendship with her is more important than my relationships with my boyfriend, which I’m not going to say cause both relationships are important to me in different ways. I hangout with her and him separately and sometimes with them both cause they do get along, I try to make time for the both of them because I care so much about them both. Thing is, she’ll randomly get into this mindset of trying to get me to say that she is more important in my life, and she gets in this high horse of morality about prioritizing long lasting friendships and how she prioritizes me above all else. It’s annoying at this point cause last time she did this she did it in front of him, like trying to have me say she was more important to me than him to humiliate him, and like always I cut the conversation off cause it’s just awkward and forced and pointless. She was extremely supportive while I was persecuting the relationship, and she sometimes says how me and him are a great match, but she just has to put herself on this pedestal of being better and more important when she’s not, neither is, and it’s honestly tiring
When you’re with the wrong person your body will kinda “reject” them if you know what I mean and you just won’t feel as hot for example I was dating the guy a while ago and I didn’t feel like myself for that entire time and about a week after I told him that it’s not gonna work out I started feeling better about myself and people told that there was something different about me after we broke up So yeah I totally agree with this 🩷
