I was immediately turned off by the location of the study. It should have been on the right side of the home in the entryway that sits off to itself. However, the rest of the home was decent
Nice video but what are you showing you or the house. You're a beautiful woman but we know what you look like, show the house. Stop flipping the camera to show yourself. Show the house just as if you were having an open house in person they came to see the house, not you. They'll see you at the beginning and at the end and if they have any questions they'll come and ask. Plus it's dizzying with the constant flipping. Also the gentleman before me is completely correct get a lapel mic. It would free up your hand for opening and closing doors, drawers and whatever else without hearing heavy noise. Also invest in a better gimbal, where it flips for you at push of a button.
