@@Steelx17 Sorry for the late reply. OmniCD got updated for War Within back in June so none of the old profiles work anymore. What I did as a temporary fix was simply rolling back the OmniCD version. As of now I've taken a break from WoW so I won't be fixing the profiles anytime soon I'm afraid.

As someone who is just getting into resto druid... the first thing I notice is how little damage your group is taking in general... I'm doing keys in the 6-8 range and the amount of damage pugs take because they don't interrupt or stop anything in insane in comparison... Also... is the AoE for druid really just go boomy and starfire after getting your sunfire and moonfires out? sorry for the newbie question! :D
Great gameplay Can you perhabs make a guide for high keys as resto dudu Ive been playing it for a month and i can do 10-11 keys but havent gone more than that really I guess from 10keys above you should really know the details
@@zulkor Each to their own. I like to add music as it's generally more appealing for videos like this, speaking from an average viewer perspective. At least when there's no voice comms. I have a few videos with voice comms included and you can hear the in-game sound there as it's recorded in the same audio track. I don't like my in-game sound too loud as I find it overwhelming in high keys when on voice.
How did you get the bar in middle for things like magmatusk "tick" and the time left on dance for chargath? Im assuming its emphasised messages in bigwigs or w/e but cant see how to enable those ticks and time left aspects?
Nice UI, Im just asking myself how are u showing for example on the first boss the target of lava spray in your health bar ? (is it the targeted spell WA ?) and also, the ticks of the first boss dot is it your custom WA or can we have it somewhere ? Thank you for the content !
Correct, the first WA you describe is the targeted spells one. The other is the DF dungeon WA pack. You can find link to everything in the description :)
The first part you died.. reminds of why I quit playing retail. Idk what this company is doing with the game. All one shots, and you either wipe or you get lucky and live. No in between healing is stupidly hard
I mean, I could've easily prevented that death in a couple different ways but I wasn't paying attention/we weren't baiting on pillars etc. I think retail is in a good state and healing is challenging and fun. In high keys it's all one shots of course, that's to be expected :)
I mean, thats the reason why its high Key (+16) and not low Key. Cuz every lil mistake is getting punished. Thats the whole System in it. So If u dont like get one hited Then dont Play high Keys. Its that simple.

Getting one shot in a m+ that’s not a high key buddy. You’re delusional. And clearly have lack of experience with the game. I’ve played wow since og vanilla was in Walmart. The game is trash, it’s not going a good direction. And people are starting to realize and say things. Your opinion on a game and its values holds no weight in my opinion, 16 is NOT a high key. I was running full corruption doing +26-28 in UR back in bfa WHEN THE GAME WAS GOOD. You could play any class, and it didn’t feel like a burden to play. They went above and beyond to make the game have metas, even healers right now aren’t being accept unless they’ve got a dps class, and switching halfway through. You’re stupid if you want to sit there and give blizzard a pat on the back for messing the game up even further after SL issues. The game could be great, but people like you are content with whatever update and changes they make, where as quality is more important than quantity. 15$ a month to play a game you die every pull including trash, is not good money spent, they really messed it up and anybody who has any brain cells would tell you the same thing. 16 high key LOL
@@cartboxa.3846 it’s supposed to be balanced. Your healer is supposed to be useful. While a tank should not be mitigating every point of damage an enemy does. Tanks soloing bosses is absolutely the stupidest thing, healer role that’s been the same since the beginning, now has no use. The point of healing is to be able to keep people alive, if people die due to a simple misstep or anything in a 0 something’s wrong there. I think you need to rethink what you think is right and wrong.
Do you have any tips for a starter rdruid when it comes to healing big aoe damage in mythic+. Like chargrath in nelth for example. If I'm not wrong the damage is more frequent than 1 min so flourish will be on CD for every other chains. Is it as simple as blanketing the group with rejuvs and then hitting swiftmend + WG as the damage comes in using flourish for the 1st chains and tree for the 2nd etc while dropping a treant or 2 and spot healing with regrowth?
Firstly you wanna keep double lifebloom up at all times, preferably with people in efflo, then WG when damage hits, then use clearcasting procs. In general you want to regrowth those who don't have lifebloom. This is your core rotation and should cover most scenarios as it pumps heals when done correctly. Use flourish/incarn as needed. If you know you're using flourish then you can ramp a bit earlier. Also it's good using swiftmend into WG as you said, for the buff. Lastly you could use rejuv if you think/know it's needed. You can do this before damage hits like i often do in high keys, but don't prioritize rejuv if you need instant heals, you mostly use it for the mastery gain.

I insta skipped to third boss! Cuz i did a +12 tyr halls on my hpala and i had to hold 315k hps, just to keep them alive, so i had to see how much was needed on a +18.. that was insane! Well fucking played!
Just go to custom options and set max core icons to 12. And set utility icons to always show. Then adjust the group scale of the whole WA pack :) i could potentially share my import string if more people request exactly that
Hey, is it worth it to apply cat dots for doing dmg? or would you rather just moonfire sunfire and starfire the mobs? maybe this has to do wit higher keys where you need to dela dmg to as many trash possible so you opt for star fires instead. And for ST you use Cat dots right? Also, is it worth to use the bites on cat' i feel they dont do much dmg if you dont go heart of the wild
Catform for ST/few targets or important prio target, Moonkin for AoE. You always wanna weave in sunfire and moonfire when in catform, and you always wanna play heart of the wild. Has nothing to do with the key level, it's just about doing as much damage as possible and I think you should strive for that no matter what key level.
@@SyrealGaming1 Thank you, really impressed with your gameplay btw. I main rogue 3.5K in S3 and wanted to do something different for S4 so I picked up resto. These videos have helped a lot.
@@blackrozealjanabi6569 Starfire by far out dps'ed the trinket. If you look for the clones that spawn you can see that it doesn't do too much when it hits. This was also after the nerf.
Glad you like em :) As for key beybindings it's personal preference and mine aren't the best tbh. I have some impractical bindings. I would recommend you make your own instead. I only have 2 macros and that's for using the Ward trinket with mouseover and for placing efflo at cursor. Nothing special honestly. If you're still interested i could share them with you.
Hi! I downloaded your elvui profile for healing and I'm noticing that sometimes there appears to be places on my screen where I can't right click and move my camera. Is this normal and have you run into this issue? thanks!
Sounds like there is and addon or WA that is lacking clickthrough. It has happened to me before but only because of Bartender action bars as i can remember. Check if ElvUI has any action bars where you can't click. I can't think of anything else atm. Maybe open WA and check if you have anything in that area aswell without clickthrough.
I must say that the problem with this encounter isn't about the boss per se, but with the scaling comp. I'm a Mistweaver so with this boss I can feel the healing is always on the edge. My party's hp is below 50% during most of the encounter. But still doable as long as I still keep discipline on the rotation. That being said, Resto Druid has this boss DOWN. It's so much easier when you can stack 4-5 hots, you know 😂😂
