Hi mate! Any idea why the option to select "Salesforce Connect: Cross-Org" Type is not available when trying to create a new External Data Source in my sandbox? Unfortunately I have just "Federated Search: Open Search" and "Simple URL" available :(

If customer minimizes the chat window to work on something else, there is no sound advising them that our Live Chat agent answered them. This causes slow response time from customer. is there any way to resolve this?

How can we visualize Work Items in a Decision Tree for the end user so that the end user can see where in the broader process they are ? like showing a decision tree and highlighting on that tree which nodes are complete vs to be performed vs which step is currently in-progress/active?

Knowing Salesforce, They would not deprecate to support backward compatibility. @future is still available even though Queueable is available, there are many more examples

Hi Jitendra, thanks for this video, I have a question, can I get the information of the logged in user and show it in the community site? For instance, when Alex logs into the website, on top of the Home page, I want to say Hi Alex, or I want to use his email address in another page. Is there any way I can save the data of the logged-in user in a variable and use it in different pages of the site?
