I see you said you ran power from the battery to a 5 post for key off power. How did you manage to get that to work? I attempted that with mine and was running a fuse mid line between the rocker switch and and the fuse box. Kept blowing the fuse. So just sad forget it and hooked straight to the keyed bus bar. About to relocate my box to this location and say that bit at the end and got curious. Im tired of not having lights unless its keyed over
@meandmrsalwaysright I ran it between the switch and the new fuse box. I made it up to a 20A fuse before I gave up. Didn't figure it would have that big of a draw being that it seems like that 2 pin wire is only for powering the gang switch...unless I am completely wrong
Nice videos I have one question. Are you riding in low gear all the time or is the camera just picking up the engine more and it makes it sound like the rpm’s are higher than they actually are?
I tend to use high gear most of the time, using low for crawling and other times where there is a lot of stress on the drive line. The camera audio I use just picks up the engine sound more I guess. It doesn’t bother me riding.
Before you spend money on new shocks to fix the “sag” have the nitrogen psi checked. I believe, based on some other KRX videos I’ve watched, the nitrogen should be at 200psi (I’m not a shock specialist going off memory). Shocks should also be serviced at regular intervals they need the oil changed as well. The movement of the shock creates heat and will degrade the oil.
Man you are not joking. That lever better be All the way down!! I was 1 tooth off upon reinstall and not only would locker not engage, I would get a god awful POP when I would turn off the locker! Luckily when I put actuator on correctly all is well. Thanks for your video!!
@MagargeeFilms the directions are not clear, I ran the whole box to an auxiliary power switch that stays hot all the time. With key on power, I couldn’t have my radio and whips with the key off. Hope that helps. By the way, you make some fantastic videos.
Been back and forth and back and forth looking at reviews on Talon and KRX. The KRX looks like an all around winner. How do you feel about yours after having it a while?
