It's time to get in shape, feel better about myself and make traveling easier with less weight to carry around! Come with me on this one year journey to get trimmer for travel!! This will be a 52 week challenge to look better and feel better... and maybe we can do this together! Working as a community is stronger than working alone!

Anyone who says that their weakness is carbs and desserts is my kindred spirit. 🙂 I meal prep my lunch, and for something easy, I really enjoy having frozen grilled chicken breasts on hand, and some baked sweet potatoes in the fridge (I eat half of one for lunch). I usually add a banana or an orange. Easy and filling!

Your honesty really touched me. At my highest, I was 204... Yeah, I was eating for comfort. I'm down to 185, but I'm short, so I have a way to go. You are so inspirational. Thank you!!

I had bariatric gastric bypass surgery last year and found a recipe that if you buy a premade protein shake and sugar free pudding and have to use a mixer to blend until thicken like pudding. I have use 11 fl oz of premade premier protein shake ( banana and cream) with sugar free cheesecake pudding mix (1oz), just an example of flavors

Good old Tony C is in all 50 states but when home in Nola get my local favs and bring back to Savannah. Surprised you didn’t include the trinity. Meal prep I cook in bulk as if still had 3 kids and guest and prep for me hubby and mom. Sauce for ck add lemon olive oil and tad of butter with Tumeric

You are inspiring me to get motivated and eat healthy. I like that you are not really following a diet plan and just focusing on eating healthy. It's more sustainable for the long run. Please consider using a stevia based sweetener instead of Splenda. Personally Splenda stimulates my appetite. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress.

I also had vsg gastric surgery in 2019 lost about 100 lbs and have since gained back 80 lbs of it and try as I might I cant seem to relose the weight. Joined WW in Jan 2024 have not lost anything

You are doing awesome 👌 just wanted to let you know you want as much protein as possible to lose weight and having protein shakes Morning, mid day(just the protein with no fat or low fat liquid- minus sugars from the fruits) and a regular meal at night with your main goal of eating your protein first then your sides in smaller portions. That will get you to your goal. Missing meals not good for your body just have the protein shake as replacement. Just seen how it works, just try it. I promise you will lose the weight faster and keep up the walking! Sorry wanted to try to help. Your doing great!! ❤😊 premier makes some already made shakes that are 😋 yummy. My favorite is the chocolate one. Siggios vanilla yogurt is awesome! Wish you well , you can tell you are loosing 😊

ditto everyone else who has said get you a ninja creami. i make protein ice cream..one fairlife protein shake plus a spoonful of sugar free pudding mix for texture. 👌🏽

You need more fat yogurt, low/no fat is to thin. We learned that the hard way. You don't need a maker you just need to use more fat yogurt.

Good idea to take measurements. They also want you to take before and after photos. Better than the scale depressing you or setting you to go off plan. Congrats that you're sticking with getting healthy!

You can see how many calories you need just to breathe by googling TDEE. You may be eating way too low. Check it out! Also, it helped me to watch some of the diet gurus like 2krazyketos, Ben Azadi, Doctor Annette Bosworth, Dr. Ken Berry. Your metabolism has changed over the years so the way you lost weight before may not work for you now. I know watching RU-vid videos has helped to keep me motivated. Stephanie Noonan has a channel called "The Incredible Shrinking Woman." Wishing you the best!

Boy oh Boy! That has been my life's mission! Oh yeah. Your mental state makes all the difference. I had 3 deaths in my family this year including my 27 year old granddaughter. Trauma. My whole life has changed. I had done Keto for almost 4 years and kept off 40 pounds. Now I discovered I have Hashimotos, an autoimmune disease and that is probably why I could never get past the 40 pounds. Numerous doctors and supplements to try to get my weight to budge. Sleeping is horrible! I enjoy being active, lifting weights, and going to the gym so that is good for me. I do at home workouts to a video by Caroline Girvan. Oh boy. Really tough. But what an accomplishment! Try it. I only do what I can do without hurting myself and then do more the next way. I try to workout 5 times a week unless I'm recovering from a tough day working out. My sister in law swears by the Ninja Creami in case you haven't bought an ice cream maker yet. She says they make protein ice cream pretty much every day.

I had gastric sleeve surgery. I learned in nutrition classes that women need 80-90 grams of protein per day. The other thing I learned is that we need to not drink with our meals. We should stop 30 before our meal and not start until 30 after. This is huge in food absorption for vitamins and minerals but also helps us be full from food instead of liquids. Proud of you!!❤

I do weight Watchers and my favorite frozen meal is Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Most of them are 2 or 3 points and filling.

I’ve had much more success increasing my caloric intake to 1600 to 1800 calories, doing less cardio, and more strength training. Two great free resources on RU-vid are Jordan Syatt (I love his tips on how to eat in a calorie deficit without counting calories) and Caroline Girvan. Caroline’s free workout series are amazing (except her love of burpees, I never do them), I started with Epic I and haven’t looked back. I’ve lost 50 pounds but my body composition has changed so much that I fit a smaller size than I have before at this weight.

Love watching you so much on both of your channels, and you are a great motivation for me but please be careful of consuming a lot of spinach it could make your kidneys develop stones because of the high oxalate in it. Keep up the great work, bravo 👏

For your sweet tooth you should check out Monk’s Fruit. It’s great for cooking and baking - you cannot tell the difference between it and regular sugar. Zero calories, great health benefits, no glucose spikes, and you can have things that you otherwise would be hesitant to eat.

Love the two chicken recipes. I never know what to do with it so these are good options. Next time you make the ice cream follow the instructions and see it you don't have better luck. You made two substitions that may have affected the outcome. Definitely use the thicker Greek yogurt. Good luck!

I love watching both of your channels. One thing I do with the fajitas whether I do the bowls or the low carb wraps is instead of using salsa, I use ranch dressing so so good. Very proud of you!!
