Work out or do anything that makes you sweat. You know that famous line the doctors tell you when you're sick? "Drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of rest". Here's an idea: why don't we do it every day? Fluids flush your body of waste. I will not click on this type of content moving forward.

Very true from my personal experience for the last one year. I am about 70 yrs with multiple ailments involving heart lungs gut pre-diabetic retinopathy pulmonary hypertension etc. For the last one year I never visited any doctor or hospital. Pasture raised hen's eggs help me fight various conditions. My blood glucose level now remains between 74 - 89mg/dL.Two years ago it fluctuated from 200 to 58 mg/dL inspite of restricted diet.Now I never check my BP nor take any BP medicine. Of course low carb diet also have got some limitations but benefits are far more than ill effects. It also varies for every individual. Thanks.
