I saw something similar and thought. Balsamic vinegar, basil, salt and strawberries? That's weird. Nope. It's amazing. Very good combo of flavors. Add 2 TBSP of really good raw honey to 1 cup of fresh ricotta. It will blow your mind. Mix really really thoroughly.
@@denise1191 Gald it was good. I was just saying if you want GOOD , use low moisture WHOLE MILK mozzarella cheese. Never low fat. Ask any pro they will agree 👍🏻
This is a very good basic soda bread recipe. You could also substitute raisins & almonds with cranberries & walnuts. You can throw in some caraway seeds, too, for extra flavor.
