I almost joined the cloud challenge by following your tutorial, but does this mean that It's possible to build the same cloud resume without following your tutorial?...2. You spoke about documentation, how much importance will it help me. Truth is I want to be original and be deep in the cloud space. not rushing or comparing myself with anyone I want to be a pundit to solve cloud problems and help people scale up as well...Just like the way you are helping.
I wanted to build a production level app that will allow retail and warehouse workers to see how much vacation and sick time they have within a current time frame based off of their credentials and other policies set forth by an employer.

As usual, you point out some really important learning techniques like doing projects that require you to think a little harder than just following someone else's work. Like U say, tutorials are great to get started and gain a "Feel" for what you're doing, but getting lost and stuck on a project can only lead to knowledge gained in the end So once again, I appreciate all that U do 4 us! I luckily have experience with using DevOps and MLOps through internship work, but if you don’t definitely incorporate even some basic DevOps practices into your projects because that 100% would make you stand out. Fewer projects that are unique and demonstrate your ability to implement best practices are better than a lot of projects that aren’t as end-to-end.
I usually watch tutorials in one framework, library, environment, etc. and then I use the documentation to actually build my solution using a different technique, framework, etc. I only watch tutorials for the general gist of what to do instead of following along with it.
I'd like to do a Backend project, using Postgres, a RESTful API, make a Docker image and use Kubernetes and AWS for deployment. I'd like to use gRPC as well so that would link in with the API stuff and also host an app on the Web. Not sure what app to look at making, keep it simple first and get the structure of the project working with all the main technologies. I've also been learning some Golang so I could use that for the web app maybe with HTMX/TempL. Anyway a lot to think about and work on.
Your are misleading on what was said on certifications. Cloud is supposed not to need eexpertise, to remove those costs whicbh now it diverts to itaself on the new must have techs
