I have been experiencing a problem with the DQ250 gearbox for the last 10,000 km and it sounds like this: When the clutch engages there is a clunk, the gear shifts are very linear and nothing is felt I have noticed this phenomenon also when I go, in any gear, take my foot off the accelerator and put it back on, a clank is heard. I'll leave some videos below with what I'm trying to explain. I'm guessing it would be the dual mass flywheel, the car having 210k km. The dog bone and mounts are ok. Replaced the CV Joints but nothing changed. The sounds appears when you try to reproduce the noise which gets louder and louder the more you try to reproduce it Also when i'm in idle i feel sometimes some vibratians and when i put it in D, the vibration dissaperes. On VCDS there's no errors from mechatronic unit. What do you guys think?

Could you please help me with solutions my connector is full of oil clearly there is a short circuit. How to stop oil going into connector my model is Dq250. Any help would be appreciated 🤔

hi! so how much fluid should it have? In the beginning you say 5 liters came out and in the end you say 4.5 liters came out so that is confusing. I did the service myself with obdeleven and put exactly 5 liters, should I put more or should I put less, thanks!

My 2018 x3 the same problem. After I replaced the rear brakes full set still the same. Then I replaced the full front brakes set. The shaking was gone. After one year now it comes again. I will try this I hope it works. Thx.

Mai exact dacă producţia panourilor depăşeşte 3000 w (cât este rezistenţa la boiler-ul meu) să activeze boiler-ul şi eventual dacă se poate combina ce produc panourile cu diferenţa din reţeauna naţională? Great video! Am văzut că ai setat 13kw, de când îl rulezi așa? Și eu am un pic mai mult de 12kw în panouri și am urcat la 12.5kw, nu știut cât aș putea urca să fie safe. De asemenea prin modbus poți controla tot ce dorești din meniu, spuneai de automatizare pentru portul smart load. Smart meterul eastron, ce model este?
Great video. I have the dsg 6 speed gearbox in my 2010 r36 passat . my mechatronics is leaking at the connector/plug. My mechatronic revision is AL. No error codes and is driving completely fine. Was it overfilled or is there a more serious issue inside the mecha? Are there any o rings or seals that can be reolaced? Thank you
Buna. Am 4 baterii deye RW-M6.1 ( 6.14 kw, 120 Ah fiecare) si un invertor deye trifazat de 10 kw. Pot sa conectez bateriile prin intermediul unui busbar Victron Lynx Distribuitor care sa fie conectat la invertor? Iar bateriile conectate intre ele pt date si prima la invertor. Acum sunt doar 2 conectate direct pe invertor. Multumesc

Hi i have a Golf Gti mk6 DSG with old mechatronic 02e927770AJ and have purchased refurbished with hw code 02e927770AL. Old mech unit had oil in the plug and intermittent loss communication U0101 but no faults on bench test Which is the correct sw i need?
Question is, why did the DCM wear like that? Most likely a fault with a gearbox fork. The fork bearings are problematic and can cause broken metal bits to stick to and interfere with the magnets in the gearbox and damage the DCM as well as give false fork position data to the TCU. Very nice video though. I am definitely up for repair, every time. My own Golf Mk7 had a gearbox problem, harsh changes and not going above second gear. I stripped the Mechatronic, testing the solenoids and looking for all the usual faults but it was all good and I put it back together and re-installed it. Turned out to be the dual clutch, a bit of a job to set up but job done. I did the work myself, with a new LUK clutch and dual mass flywheel (nothing wrong with it but sensible whilst the gearbox is out !) for about £700. VW quoted possibility of £6000 for change of gearbox, flywheel and clutch. We must out fox the Main Stealers when we can 😲. They encourage fear and misunderstanding of DSG gearboxes and many garages will simply not touch them. Power to the amateur 😎

Thank you for this video. I could solve my problem through it. In my case was pin 1 (12 volt) the issue. This cause 2 problems. 1 long starting.2 Losing power.
