At ConversaSpain, our main purpose is to bring a life-changing opportunity to proficient English speakers who are willing to collaborate at a school and are eager to experience first-hand the Spanish culture, lifestyle, and language.

We cooperate with the Regional Education Authorities to incorporate Auxiliares de Conversación in public schools and vocational colleges in the Community of Madrid, the Region of Murcia, Castilla-La Mancha, and Castilla y León.

We conduct the recruitment process to select suitable candidates, and we provide them with noteworthy support before moving to Spain and during the program, to make sure our participants fulfill their legal obligations, get settled in Spain smoothly, and make the most of this remarkable personal and professional experience.
