I'm about to drop a very unpopular opinion. The problem is this, it starts with the bachelor. The take an American concept of perfection (a tall well built rich white guy) and for how many seasons, this is what they gave America and competing for him were fit women. I'm not sure why the black girls even bothered to show up. Think it's hard for for poor white trash to date a black guy, imagine being the golden boy and show up with a black chic (and these stuffy rich white folks don't take her well spokeness or education in to account...they just see the maid). Now skip forward to a show about plus size people trying to date (instagram lies to us) no body cares about these crying women with self esteem problems that can't hop a gate. A fit guy might have them as one night stands or side dish. Every now and again one will marry but somehow that became all can do it...well they can't nothing wrong with a plus size woman. Nothing wrong with dreaming big but someone has to accept it or it's just a dream. And some of these plus size chics hot unreal expexlctations. Skinny women go through it too. Some of the most beautiful women in Hollywood can't keep a man. Try being old, fat and black. They need to stop crying and find a person for them

Saw Tilefish on Chopped on the Food channel. Wondered what the heck it was. Judges said getting out all the "pins" would be a challenge. One criticized not crispy enough. Over-cooked and not enough meat left over after she fileted it. It is a local Carolina fish! I'm in So. Calif! Definitely will eat some Tilefish when I get a chance to travel there :)
