My love, 4 pieves of butter is really too much. Butter's saturated fat will clogg your arteries, keto or no keto. Butter's saturated fat has different properties from unrefined dairy saturated fat, which can actually be protective. I'd keep at at olive oil, or add only 10 grams of butter, not more.

This looks ama,ing and looking forward to trying. I use a pork/beef combo. I will use red and poblano pepper, what i picked in the garden. Now, to find pork rinds. I do have to say, even though others already did, i screamed "NO!!!' when you poured the grease down the sink. Tip- get a larger knife for chopping your onion and pepper, it will make life easier Thanks for a great video.
Will the lemon or lime flavor be evident in the ribs after they're cooked? I marinating my ribs right now but my husband doesn't really like the lemon flavor. If it does have a slight tangy flavor is there any substitute I can use to keep the ribs moist instead or is it just not evident after it cooks? Thanks! Hello my friend. Thank you for tuning in. Go ahead and use the lemon or lime, your husband will never know lol. It doesn't leave a lemon flavor on the ribs. The acid from the lemon acts as a tenderizer. Literally, the meat will fall off the bone. I've also seen people use beer as a cooking tenderizer when wrapping the meat in foil. I'm sorry, but it does not taste like potatoes. I wish! I've been looking for recipes to show me how to cook turnips, since everyone says it's the perfect low carb substitute of potatoes. I found a bunch of videos. I went to the store and got like 6 medium turnips. Boiled 2 with skin on (didnt know I had to peel them) for 35 minutes. Drained them. Cut them like potatoes. Sauteed them with butter in frying pan, sprinkled them with salt, pepper, paprika. They were soooo bitter! I spit them out. Then I boiled another two, but this time I peeled them and added butter to the water and milk and boiled them for an hour!!!!!!!!! They came out nice and soft, but still too bitter for my taste. They leave this bitter taste in my mouth. I am so upset. Any suggestions?

Onions and green peppers are keto friendly. The goal is never to eliminate carbs from your diet because your bosy still needs carbs. The objective is to "reduce" your carb intake. 50 grams of net carbs is a good target for most weight loss goals. Bell peppers have amazing nutritional value, such as healthy sources of antioxidants which is great for your immune system. The purpose is to accumulate healthy carbs opposed to reaching your daily limit by consuming honey buns and cupcakes. Half cup onions only have 5g carbs, 1g fiber which totals 4g net carbs. Not enough to spike the blood sugar. And make sure you use unsweetened ketchup 👍❤️
