Do you have an issue with let down? When using this pump it takes FOREVER to get a letdown. I’m talking like 10+ minutes. Whereas if I use my medela pump it takes 2 minutes to get things flowing
The blue part on my tube doesn’t come off. If I pull any harder I’m afraid I’m going to damage my tubing and now I can’t use my new collection cups. Any suggestions?
You maybe figured this out already but I thought the same. The tubing is the same on both ends so the piece that was plugged directly into my machine came off much easier and I just switched which side was plugged into the pump and the part that was plugged into the cup.
Came to this video hoping to see if they show how to not ruin the tubing. I emailed the company about returning because I can't use the hands few without ruining my tubing, and they suggested I buy more tubing.

How do I go about ordering free flanges in my proper size? I have the Zommee pump I know I’d love it but can’t use it because the flanges are way too big on both the regular pump and the silicone hands free pump too 😢 I always hear great things about it that’s why I got it. How do I clean the collection container while it has build up? I wash these pumps everyday, I have the brush for it but regardless of its use it still has residue in its corners. I’ve even tried different brushes and sterilization again but still residue.
