Another thing people can do if they are angry after watching the news, is research what made them angry and discovere how many lies they've absorbed from the news. Thats how I handle that issue with the news. I never realized how much they lie until I was personally a victim of their lies and then I started researching all the garbage I once believed, only to discover that I should have never believed it in the first place.
