Beachcliff Studios brings you roller coaster related content such as analytics videos for rides, roller coaster rankings, park rankings, travel vlogs, and informational videos about what different amusement parks are up to all over the world!
This looks awesome can't wait to ride it thanks for this update once again you guys always put out information like this as soon as you hear it have a great day guys
Not surprised by the name. All of the ride names in Jungle X-pedition are temple sites (or in this case they're calling it a shrine) Reptillian= crocodile/reptile temple/shrine, Tumbili= monkey/primate temple/shrine, Arachnidia (scrambler)= spider/scorpion temple/shrine. Now Rapterra= raptor temple/shrine. I would expect it to continue with Project 305 getting a cheetah theme or panther temple/shrine and possibly a re-theme for Backlot Stunt Coaster to a snake to go along with or maybe even replace Anaconda as a snake temple/shrine. Should be interesting to see how much they do for 2025.
We are in the middle of an 11 Park family vacation and just went to Six Flags America. We preferred Six Flags Darrian Lake over SF America. Darrian Lake had some charm, and the ride ops were fun. We did both the water park and rides in one day, and still left before the park closed. SF America is the first park we felt bored at. 😊
Thanks for doing this video Jesse and Milo you guys always share information as soon as you guys hear anything you always do a great job appreciate you guys have a great day
How will affect other perks such as flash pass and fast lane single use and Speedy parking and general parking for cedar fair parks and free drink bottle
I just returned from visiting for Boardwalk nights. For those who aren't super-local, an overnight stay on the peninsula is nice if you can do it for this event. It gives you time in the evening to enjoy Boardwalk nights and still have the next day to focus on rides. I did have to miss the finale to get my night ride on SteVe. (HAULING after a 90+ degree day).
As a Buffalo area local, this is a fair assessment. I felt like I learned a lot about rides I've known for years listening to you guys. I remember when I was a kid and the Mind Eraser first opened. I thought it was the coolest and that we were cool for having something so close to home. Nice video, guys. 🤙🏻
Good news regarding the all parks pass. But I hope you’re wrong about Fast Lane. The Flash all season is good for all SF parks for 1/3 of the FL season pass. Which is only one park. Idc what they call it, I just want the SF Flash price.
Thanks again, guys! I really appreciate that we can count on you to bring us the news on these things as they break, so we don't always have to frantically search for this information on our own. Your channel continues to add real value - thank you!
@BeachcliffStudios what I'm saying is, they should offer 2 different versions at 2 different prices. Like legacy cedar fair parks only be cheaper than all parks
Its on the kings dominon website as well, but on a blog. so we will get the same option with the new passes, which most likely drop July 31st with the new coaster.
@@BeachcliffStudios yeah, because we have the never ending monthly payment. I’m wondering if they will have an option to increase our monthly payment or if it will be a yearly one time payment for all parks.
I'm hearing to add the cedar fair parks into our memberships it will be a one time payment add on annually. Just remember your six flags dining or flashpass, add ons will not work at the cedar fair parks in 2025. Same for cedar fair pass holders showing up at a six flags. I'm sure they are working on it but at this point that is what it says in the fine print.
That's upsetting regarding not having merged meal and drink plans, I don't get why not? With the fast lane / flash pass I figured that would be harder to merge right away at least at the parks that operate all calendar year long in the south and California. Hopefully Flash Pass where you have to use your phone app goes the way of the dodo at some point in 2025 and they all become Fast Lane by 2026 and you can get your all park all season fast lane by then. Was hoping for 2025 but it's difficult
If six flags flash pass via phone works anything like Kennywood's Speedy pass then I can tell you that system is way better and way More fair than the fast lane
I have the flashpass. It works so great on my phone. I prefer that over them dumbass wrist watch things we used to have to use. Especially paying for the different levels of flashpass. It keeps the lines throttled down instead of stacking
Flash pass at great America wouldn’t even allow us to get on Goliath and only gave us an option for max force at closing. Give me the separate queue like every other park chain does.
@@dodybrown6726 yea there’s a star next to my name lol. These guys are awesome, I had to become a member. I’ve only been a member for about 2/3 months now. It’s well worth it!
$190 vs $200. The savings from buying through canadas wonderland is better. Plus you can’t buy season long fast lane through schlitterbahn so if that’s of interest to you it’s a no go
Glad to see it! Unfortunately for someone like me who likes to get the meal/drink add ons for both chains, it looks like I may still have to buy two separate passes. Unless I’m able to add legacy Six Flags add ons to my Cedar Point pass.
How did this merger get passed anyway? They’ve got essentially no competition so prices will go up and there won’t be any push to lower prices and add new attractions. If you think about it, it is a terrible merger.
You're looking at it half glass empty. Focus on the benefits for both companies long term. They still can't survive if they don't add new attractions to keep attendance up anyway. Not to mention, there are many parks that still don't have much direct competition right now, so don't overstate that aspect of it.
The parks really didn't compete even before the merger. Most of them have no other theme parks in their regions. The true competition for regional parks is other forms of entertainment. If they raise prices too high, there are plenty of other entertainment options in most markets and they would sink. I don't think there's too much to worry about.
The have loads of competition. Hardly any of these parks are considered the top parks in America so logically speaking, people are traveling to Orlando, Branson, Pigeon Forge, LA, and other more prominent areas. They own 26 parks, but most of the parks are mediocre.
If I remember correctly, I feel like the merger was announced shortly after Universal announced they were building a regional park in Texas that was more aimed at young families (as opposed to Universal in Florida and California that seems more aimed at families with teens and the thrill seeker crowd.) I think they fear if that park is a success, Universal will build more parks around the US. Plus, Busch/Sea World keep expanding their parks, and seemingly just entered a phase where they are adding more family friendly attractions. I think Cedar Point and Six Flags see these two companies as a threat, and that is why they merged. I also think that is why you are seeing them adding more theming, more family friendly attractions, and why they are trying to have more events/experiences.
I was there yesterday!(it was HOT!) It was pretty nice. I like after the hot dog eating competition, they have a parade for you. I seen the high diving man. My daughter took a picture with the seagull girls. I seen the fire guy while I was getting on dodgem. I wanna go again, it was fun!
