Plese provice slide door for kitchen utility sp3cially for 1980 flats as its small and ur glass door kills space after opening... Also look at bathroom doors they go beyond the middle partition, if u want to keep a glass operator for bath, the door will hit that.... take care for BLOCK ATLEAST..... About the indoor game zone: 1.Billiards or a pool table along with tt tables are must needed games. 2. As you mentioned in the video, Arcade games something like racing simulator, basketball machine etc. Would be very interesting. 3. It should be aesthetically good plus very spacious as well.
