That's a great question. It all depends on how you set up your rules for Identity Resolution. Notice at 4:23 that you can choose between Individual and Account when setting up Identity Resolution rules. If you select the Account object, you can then use it as the basis for your Unified Profile analyses. Salesforce, I am consistently impressed by your digital marketing content, especially this one on subscriber status. Have you tried FilterBounce for email verification at all? It is seriously a revelation! My bounce rate is less than 1% now since I got started with their free plan.

You should be able to use Data Loader to export your Salesforce Data. Make sure you transform your data into Google's XML structure (if needed) before importing it.
You know what SF needs? As admins, we can just click on a profile and see the layouts and fields as the profile instead of searching for users with said profile. Then logging in as them. Then logging out and perhaps being signed off due to MFA.

Hey, that part when agent clicks on 'Post', then message automatically send as a reply of Agent. I want to integrate that part only in my custom LWC. I want to make a button like 'Post', and when agent clicks on it, the data should be automatically sent to the live chat. How can we do that?
