Please Ma, can one take ot with honey ? If yes, will it still have the same health impact ? Thank you so much for this insightful teaching on this natural Herb.
If you dry by sun, it won't turn to lafun but it might have slight FUFU odour if the sun isn't very intense, and even with very hot sun, hmmm, it can only be manageable 😆
In a simple language, after peeling your cassava, soak just for 24 hours but change the water atleast 3 times to avoid fermentation. Blend , size and the rest is your odourless fufu🎉
Hi ma'am, thank you so much for this video. Please, did you reduce the sodium hydroxide needed for your recipe, since the ash itself, is also like potassium hydroxide?
@@sunrisefarmer2340oh, that's interesting! Thank you so much for this. Please, if it's ok, how much did you reduce ? Like, what percentage. Thank you so much
No Sis., this is directly from my village in imo state. If you know any igbo person in Lagos, you can beg them if they can help you organise for it down to Lagos, it's very common over there and more especially in this rainy season
What about watching it first before boiling it. Because when you were breaking it, we could see that the dust coming out of it. Please be more hygienic when presenting your video
Yes you can wash it you like, just that We are used to cooking it this way and it all boils down all germs, what you are actually seeing are not dusts par say. 😂😂
So awesome! Thank you for sharing. I was in Nigeria a few months ago and really liked and wanted to learn to make something called Fufu. As I was teaching myself from RU-vid videos I accidentally made more of a gluelike substance from tapioca/ casava flour. I am very crafty so naturally this lead me to thinking about weather or not people make glue from this flour. I searched it on RU-vid and found your video. 😊♥️
wow! glad it was helpful! Please make sure wet objects such as wet spoon doesn't come in contact, moreso, better you don't make much at a go since there's no preservatives, my husband uses it to glue light wood works and cartons as well. 🥰
No, I have been doing for almost ten years now, infact the last one I did was since January 2020 and it's still in good condition because more it stays, more it ferments and becomes sugary, it's always in healthy conditions as long as water didn't come in contact with the ferments through wet spoon
No, it's not necessary for refridging but please make sure your spoon 🥄 is well dried before dipping it into your fermente to avoid moulds. Thanks for watching 🙏
