My next door neighbor owns a 4-plex and asked me if I would manage it i.e. watch over it (I'm next door), place ads, rent & show the units, etc. I was under the impression I needed a license. (I'm not too sure if he wants me to collect deposits & rents though)

Wow simply phenomenal tips and examples. I’m excited to go try this out at work tomorrow. Just started as a leasing agent full time a couple weeks ago and I have yet to get a lease. After this I think it’s because I’m focused on trying to make the main amenities we offer the focal point when it might not even be what got them through the doors. I need to focus more on discovery to offer the solutions I can find or make work for them within the bounds of what we offer. And afterwards, add all the amenities as the cherry on top.
