This is a good video. It helps to understand it after you’ve used the machine for a while. I was increasing the consistency rates slightly but maybe not enough. Example ; I was changing from 0.10 to 0.20. That’s maybe not enough? I’m going to try to go to 0.50 on the left hopper that runs frost line vanilla. It’s too soft and the cone melts too fast. The right hopper that runs the frost line chocolate is firm enough at 0.10 Maybe in a week or two I’ll post the results
Hi i have a question .. we have that same machine . But ours assembly is different the different blade was at the back. Will there be a difference on the quality and consistency of the custard? Thank i hope to hear from anyone soon. Thank you

Am about to lose my mind with my stolting f2, I get everything freezing right and pop go the cylinders and my stream of ice cream that was sooo close to ready, come up into the top floating...help!!! My machine only goes to +5 or - 5. Would it have anything to do with velocity settings? What should I have the right and left set at?
