We are Pam and Jurek and we work with sound to create sounds for mindful meditation, soundscapes and community concerts with a variety of instruments chosen for their beautiful harmonics, their resonant qualities and the way they create unusual and varied soundscapes when played together. We love creating sounds which relax, entertain, surprise our listeners. We are passionate about sound and what it can do, its effects on well being - physically, emotionally and mentally.
We believe that focussing on the sounds, meditating on the sounds can take us into a place of deep relaxation where the body's natural healing can take place
Relaxation can slow your heart and breathing, can lower blood pressure, can improve digestion, can improve focus and thinking, can help reduce muscle tension and can affect your immune system positively

In my mid-twenties, when I was suffering from severe panic attacks, I wanted to escape the world and become a bell ringer in a monastery. I wanted to go to a Benedictine monastery, and look up at the bell tower, and hang on a rope like the Hunchback of Notre Dame. I wanted to be a bell ringer, and fly away from the pitying gazes. Only with this emotional desire, the monastery did not open its doors, and now I am waiting outside the monastery for that moment of desire. In this hermitage, at 7 a.m., an old nun, hanging on a long rope, rings the bell. Sometimes, when I lean inside the door, it seems as if she has not yet handed me over to the bell ringer.
